Los medios de comunicación recogían hace unos días la noticia de que investigadores de la Universidad de Harvard han publicado uno de los mayores estudios realizados hasta el momento sobre el efecto del café en un buen número de enfermedades, y las conclusiones son muy positivas.
La Fundación Española del Corazón (FEC) destaca que, según recientes datos publicados por varias investigaciones epidemiológicas, el consumo diario de hasta cuatro o cinco tazas de café se asocia directamente a una mayor longevidad y a una mayor supervivencia de la población general, ya que se ha comprobado que disminuye el riesgo de padecer enfermedades.
